Sandra Harris, of Harris Studio in Sacramento, will be presenting on ways to date historical photos to help with genealogical research using various details and clues within the photo. Sometimes a simple item, like a flag, can convey a wealth of information. She will share what she has learned from her many years of experience in photography and photo restoration and researching her own family history.
Members are encouraged to invite guests, and individuals interested in the San Joaquin Genealogical Society are welcome to attend.
